Anne’s earlier work investigates dualist themes stemming from the myth of the Other, ideas of Paradise and Judgement, and the Garden of Eden origin myth.

Recently, with focus firmly on collapsing the Nature/Culture divide, Anne explores our relationship to Melbourne’s environment, Yarra River and Banyule’s waterways, making large-scale public art installations and sometimes collaborative projects with projection, sound artists and musicians including Jutta Pryor, Megan Kenny, Scott Dunbabin, and Alice Bennett for various performance and festival events.
