This series of transulcent painting, mounted between perspex, reference the Yarra River near Heidelberg and Charles Darwin’s metaphor “the tangled bank” in the concluding paragraph of “Origin of the Species vol 2”, published in 1859, positing the environment as an interactive and interdependent eco system .
